I found my new drink of choice. I like it because its so feminine. Not only is it pretty to look at, it tastes light and refreshing and best of all ... smells of roses! While you can make them different ways (like with a peach or raspberry liquor ) the one I had was with blackberries liquor and rose syrup. You can also use violet syrup and garnish it with sugared violets! The recipe is simple, so enjoy!
3/4 cup white wine (preferably a white wine from Burgundy)
4 teaspoons creme de cassis liqueur
